Yes. While Aurea Escapes plans and books your journey, you remain responsible for travel insurance (medical, cancellation, baggage, etc.). We can advise on recommended providers, but policies must be purchased by you directly. This ensures you are fully protected.

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline, hotel, or service provider. Aurea Escapes will handle the communication and assist with cancellations or changes on your behalf. Please note that fees or penalties may apply, depending on the provider’s policy.

Our service fees for planning and hours already invested are non-refundable, but we will always support you in re-scheduling or finding the best alternative solutions. For maximum peace of mind, we strongly recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations and changes.
